Preparatory works include:

 

• Compiling project paperwork – safety risk assessments & controls, project schedules.
• Organising all labour, componentry, consumables, tools & equipment to be available & ready for start.
• Organising specific sub-contractors ie; cranes or lifting equipment.

MPS often installs specialised manufacturing & processing equipment for our clients. MPS works with international suppliers & their installation representatives.
